Overall positive, though after 2 rounds of interviews I didn’t appreciate the impersonal no-reply rejection. I agreed it wasn’t a fit, but would have appreciated an opportunity to thank them for their time.

It seems that the recruitment or management department of Pela is not professional and does not value the efforts of the applicants. Initially, I applied through Pela's official website, but the day after I received the interview invitation, they posted a public recruitment inf on LinkedIn. Consequently, on the day of my interview, there were hundreds more applicants for this position(The number of applicants went up every day). Additionally, the person responsible for interviewing me was slightly late. She began by explaining the company culture and policies, asked basic questions, and then it was time for my questions. There were no professional questions related to the position during the interview, and it ended hastily in about ten minutes. They sent out the rejection letters after a month.
