The interview process was extremely quick and very transparent. I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter who had setup an initial call to discuss the role, after confirming interest I had a technical phone interview just a day or two after. A day after the technical interview I had been given positive feedback and invited to do a final interview which consisted of a 20-minute presentation. Following the 20-minute presentation there was a Q&A where they asked some questions about the presentation and about me (some general HR questions). The interviewers were very friendly and open, it did not feel overly formal which allowed for a positive experience overall. Where at some companies you need to wait up to a month to know if you had been accepted, Pegasystems came back within 24 hours (!) Note: I have selected 'avarage' difficulty as I find presenting difficult. If you are good at presenting and can explain OOP principles it should be leaning more towards 'easy'.

I attended the pegasystem interview through campus placement. Had one OA with easy DSA, aptitude and professional writing. This was followed by the interview process with 2 technical, 1 HM and 1 HR round. (There are chances of not making it even after giving HR) Overall had a positive experience. Focus only on your resume. Make sure whatever you've put in your resume is genuine. Communication is assessed make sure u are confident and don't forget to smile.
