Initial phone screen with an external recruiter. The recruiter could not answer basic questions about the company, position, or next steps. I then had a video interview with the VP two weeks later that was rescheduled. I received an email from that recruiter that I should receive next steps the following week. Two weeks elapsed and I did not hear back (despite following up twice and seeing the job reposted with a different location). On my final follow up I received a templated response that the company was not interested - sent via iPhone. I dodged a bullet and wanted to let others know that the company is disorganized and borderline disrespectful to applicants.
