The interview was very straight foward. I was already working as a barista so I was familiar with the interviewer and the policies at Peets. They asked basic management questions
Asked how you can handle high volume customers during peak times.
Asked how you would handle a difficult situation with a customer.
How many employee's have you overseen?

group interview with other potential employees. signed in on a clipboard and waited to be called. given a free drink while i waited. very friendly interview with standard questions about applicable experience and personal goals, as well as being asked to showcase some sales knowledge. no prior experience in food service or coffee shops needed.
