Peek seems like very fun company to work for considering it’s in the travel tech realm! Had a pretty nice conversation with the Sr. People Operations Coordinator. They did, however, state at the end of the interview that there are other candidates that are in the last rounds of their interview process. I knew I wouldn’t move ahead because of that. Even though I don’t really appreciate my time being wasted if they knew there were multiple candidates already in the final rounds, the interview itself was very conversational, approachable, and laid back. The base salary and commission structure also seemed incredibly below industry standard. I would’ve taken a pretty big pay cut compared to my previous SDR role if I had gotten an offer.

Straighforward, four brief interviews. It wasn’t very complicated. They asked about why I wanted the role and my goals and aspirations. They wanted to make sure I was driven. They wanted to know I was in it for the long haul. They wanted to know if I wanted to advance to AE role.
