      Entretien

      Three tier process. I first spoke with the HR Coordinator @ corporate who explained the basics of the position and provided additional information via email to research and read up on the organization. Afterwards she asked if I'd like to be scheduled for an interview and it was arranged in less than a couple of days. Next was my initial interview with the Practice Manager, followed by a second interview with the Practice Director a business day later. Great people and interview process is one of the best I've gone through in years. Felt really comfortable and professional.

      Entretien

      Initial phone screen was enjoyable, standard conversation. Scheduling for follow up interview was quick. Due to unforseen circumstances I was unable to meet with the people I was supposed to interview with, my point of contact was also late, leaving me standing in the hallway outside of the suite with no access. Rang doorbell multiple times with no response. The one person whom was stationed in the Chicago office that I got to speak with was not notified of a possible interview that day and was unprepared, with no fault lying with her. The HR rep I was working with literally said to me, "let me see if I can find someone to talk to you." This left a poor taste in my mouth. Also the HR rep described to me the systems and procedures used in the office of which I had experience only to find out from the interviewer that the information given me was all wrong. This process is messy, from that interview alone I would be wary of working there

      Entretien

      Short phone interview about 1 week after application. In person at their local office with the Director. Very casual and nice conversation. Office seems casual, receptionist was wearing jeans. Very transparent about the expectations. Addressed my concerns. Seemed genuinely interested in learning about me. Have not heard back yet. Salary is a bit low for average and for my background but they are upfront with it.
