For SLP positions, Pearson uses a multi step interview approach. The first is a 100% recorded interview where you respond to typical interview questions, having about 1-2 min to answer each before going to the next question. The entire interview takes about 30 minutes. The second interview is also virtual but with a team of SLPs (2-3). Overall, the process is easy and enjoyable, as far as interviews go.

Initial interview was answering basic questions using a videotaped interview format; second interview was conducted by clinical service managers. Typical interview questions. Managers were friendly and helpful. Was not a lengthy process. After 2nd interview, was called by clinical team manager and offered the job. Negotiated a slightly higher salary than what was offered.
