Formality interview, very basic and short. Did not ask many questions about me or my past work experiences. Was told about the position, daily duties, perks, and office location.

Relaxed environment, typical interview questions, asked me where I saw myself in 10 years, asked me what I knew about Pearson, about my background and future. Called me a week later and was hired, moved across the country to work from them.

Immediate response to following my application. They move fast. I had a 10 minute phone interview with HR, then the next day a 10 minute phone interview with the manager and an hour long in person interview before an offer. I lead the interview... It was clear they'd never been on the other side of it. And they were also new so many of the questions I had were left unanswered. They also ask for references and send out an anonymous survey for them to fill out
