I performed two phone reviews and was hired after the second one. The first was with my future manager and the next was with someone above them. The questions were pretty straight forward, mostly focusing on how I responded to the idea of working on a team. This makes sense since I was just out of college. After the second interview I received a call informing me they'd like to offer me the position.
