Initial formal interview with Head of XX, after that stage I was invited back for an informal chat with other team members. The process was very quick and well managed. Good questions asked, didn't feel too formal/pressurised and was all straghtforward, clear and no messing around.

Fairly straight forward process - two round video interview after initial phone call and basic question. Make sure to ask about the org and team you will be on. Everyone is very nice and it is evident they value work life balance. Make connections early on.

Firstly, scheduling the interviews was a challenge from the start. The interviewer rescheduled three times, which I found to be unprofessional and frustrating. This lack of organization reflected poorly on the company's commitment to respecting candidates' time and schedules.
After completing the interviews, I was informed that I would hear back within a week regarding the outcome of my application. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The process ended up taking three weeks, during which time I was left waiting for an update.
