Very long process, they are very detail for nothing. They gave an accounting test and software test. You have to meet with many people. Go on site and negotiate a deal. You have to go onsite an tell them what is wrong with a property and how you would make it better. It is all bull because when you get the job you don't use any of the skills. They have this one lady in Lease admin who is horrible to people and stops all leases from flowing thru and she is not even a VP., I wanted to leave the job just because I had to work with her, she is destroying the company.
