Simple process - first interview with recruiter, followed by zoom interviews with Partners. They had questions, not particularly hard. They seem to have a holistic hiring process, they’re not looking for a person to complete a checklist, rather, someone who would enjoy heavy calendar management. With that said, they ghosted me, twice, LOL The first one could’ve been an accident, the second one was definitely intentional. Just a heads up for anyone who is triggered by ghosting from recruiters.

This company won't consider candidates that have a gap on their resumes due to the pandemic (and no fault of their own). As an Executive Assistant/Executive Administrator with over 6 years experience including in finance and startups, they are discriminating against candidates that would actually very likely be their best employees. As a startup, they also shouldn't be so pickup as if they're a sought after company. Best of luck!
