I my first interview and shortly after got a call asking me to come in for the same interview. They didn't realize I was the same person. I then had an interview over the phone. I was told I would hear back from them in 2 days. 3 weeks go by and I didn't hear anything. I called the campus and a young man told me the position had been filled.

Applied online, received a call for an in person interview. The interview was set when the office opened, so I had to wait until someone walked out. The staff was in the office, I was greeted after standing for a few moments behind a staff member. The interviewee was not dressed professionally at all (Extremely casual dressed, not business attire), which was very disappointing as it presents them as having a lack of care for the role and office. The interview felt forced as the interviewee read straight from the packet. After learning the details of the position, I was no longer interested. However, the first impression was not a good start.
