Pretty simple interview. The recruiter didn't know anything about IT. She tried to tell me what I would be doing, but was very vague on what you would be doing. You just showed up, did the job, and hoped IT support would answer the phone. If they would answer the phone, they would treat you horrible and also be out driving, shopping, or ordering food in the drive through.
