1. Phone interview with the talent acquisition - learn about the company, benefits, and etc. They ask about your experience, asked questions that go along with their core values.
2. Have a video meeting with either CEO or NP and go over case study. They ask more in-depth behavioral questions that aligned with their core values.
Then you hear from HR within that week.

3 step process, straight forward questions, yet thought provoking. The business model is novel and should make for streamlined service. The recruiter was great, she has since left, but was a pleasure to work with.
