J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Paysafe (Sofia, ) en oct. 2016
Entretien
First you apply, then, only if interested, they invite you. Then you go for an interview, which is very cold. No matter what you say they neither smile nor cry. It has to be something bombastic to break the thick ice. All the time, you have a strange feeling like if you would enter a secret society. Something like the Freemasons. They tell you very little details about the company. They don't tell you the expected KPIs (Key Personal Indicators). They don't tell you about the bonuses. But they want a lot from you. They make you feel that you're there for them and that you're going to work hard. They don't give you any feedback on the interview at all and they just tell you when you can expect the feedback. It usually takes over a week or so. If you're important, then a few days.
They have notoriously bad HR. And their own advertisement for this position was very bad indeed. It was saying: "Become our superhero." It said only very little about the job.
The interview process went smoothly and was well-structured. It began with a brief phone screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by an assessment that tested my relevant skills and problem-solving abilities. The instructions were clear, the tasks were engaging, and the overall experience felt professional, organized, and respectful of my time.
