first was a group play where everyone had to tell about themselves, then we had to role-play a customer-representative interaction with the head of the department. in the 2nd part we performed a similar interaction on chat (to check typing speed?). In the 3rd part we had to take a personality and ethics questionnaires.

Totaly a waste of time, you come there and need to spend more than 3 hours for just to see a presentetion of the company services. There were my candidates at the same time, they always will prefer a native English speaker, even if they have no experience.
