J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Paylocity
Entretien
Ghosted after the final interview. Others interviewing for similar roles in engineering are reporting the same, so I wouldn't bother right now while they collaborate whatever hiring process they are focused on.
First interview was with the recruiter, very nice conversation. Second was a take home technical challenge followed by a 1:1 review of what you submitted. Third was a panel review talking about frontend components. And the last was with the hiring manager.
Recruiter was very communicative up until post final interview. Afterwhich, all emails went unanswered for several weeks.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Paylocity (Bengaluru) en févr. 2026

First round was a Hiring Manager round in which he asked about tech stack, and more about the way of working. Nothing technical, just process related questions. I felt like he was more interested in tools and technologies used.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Paylocity en août 2025
Entretien
The first round was a Recruiter screen, Second was an at-home technical challenge, which had 30 minutes to complete 20 questions (mostly multiple choice) about C# language-specific syntax. Very strange technical test. Definitely more suited to those who may have just completed a bootcamp or recently read a textbook.
