Lengthy and not worthwhile interview process. All around took around 1 month or more. First, screen call with the recruiter. After that, there is a task/challenge about QA( bug challenge and automation challenge) to be made where you have around 3/4 days to send your solution. Next step was an interview with the hiring manager and Developer from team. After this was to get feedback from the task that was made and after that was positive, another round was done with 2 Senior Software Test engineers from the US which took another hour. Overall the process was really long, taking a lot of time, effort, scheduling in between. Communication from the recruiter within the process and after was lacking tremendously and i wouldnt bother interviewing with this company as they treat candidates like garbage, i wonder how they will treat their employees once people are there. After the last round 1 week passed and there wasn't any updates or communication from the recruiter and i decided to reach out. To which immediately the response was that "they had finished the interview process and they went with other candidates " . After spending more than a month and wasting my time i asked for feedback and what was the criteria for choosing or if they had any feedback on my strengths and gasp in the process. No answer, they dont even have the courtesy nor education to reply back. They only reply or message you when they need or want something from you. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. At then end, im have the feeling i dodged a big bullet by not working here and im really glad they didnt even offer, which anyways i would have turned down.
