3 phone interviews and one in person interview. Process took about 3 weeks. I had applied online to the position but HR recruiter actually found my LinkedIn profile and engaged - so very thankful she did!

The first interview was with a recruiter. He was very lively and had a lot of great information on the company. He asked some basic questions about my background and felt my experience was good enough to move on to the next interview. I spoke with the managers for the second call and it was a very different experience. I felt (perhaps because they had already made up their mind prior to the meeting) that there was very little feedback to my answers, almost as if they were bored. I didn't get very much information on the position. Usually a rundown is given. Perhaps it was interview fatigue! Either way, the second interview was much more dry than the first. I followed up a week later with an email to the recruiter. I didn't get a response from him, but later in the day I received a very impersonal generic robot email to let me down.

Initially met with recruiter. Then interviewed with both managers of my team via the phone. It was very laid back and I knew immediately I was a good fit. The recruiter was amazing through the entire process and very accessible.
