Entretien
First there is a phone interview with a recruiter, and then a zoom interview with management. I have interviewed with this company twice and both times the phone interview went really well. The first time I thought the zoom interview went well both after a couple of weeks received a generic email indicating the position had been filled. I tried emailing the recruiter for feedback, but I was ghosted. The second interview I ended up on Zoom with the same two managers. They absolutely refused to talk to me, even though I had made sure to take off early and prepare for the interview. They claimed the would be just asking the same questions and that someone else should conduct the interview and they would tell my recruiter to reschedule. I was humiliating and insulting to be treated that way. I received no email from the recruiter. I tried emailing them after a week and still nothing. Again, I received a generic email that the position was filled. I can only assume that this work place must be as toxic as these interviews. I wasn't even treated as a person by the managers conducting the interview. It's one thing to politely decline to offer someone a position. It's another to bail on a Zoom meeting immediately and refuse to complete an interview for someone who is eager find out more about and potentially work at your company. Supremely unprofessional process.

The interviews them selves were fine, but I’m going on months not having heard back after being told several times they would get back to me within a few days or a week. I really wanted to work for this company but the communication for the hiring process leaves much to be desired. I would have rather been told no then just be completely ghosted.
