The process started off great, communication was quick. I had a few phone interviews and met my would-be manager in person twice. On what was my 5th interview he told me that everyone I met/talked to was excited to have be on board and that they would be extending me an offer. When I got to the office there were three gentlemen there to interview me. They were many of the same questions I had already answered, but not a big deal. No offer was extended. I called/emailed the manager and the recruiter several times to see why things had shifted so quickly. It took the recruiter over a week to email me a generic 'going in a another direction' with no feedback. The manager to this day has never responded. This process was three months long and entailed a lot of leg work. In addition to an aptitude test I took online I had to pull proof of performance from my three jobs. Needless to say it was a frustrating experience.

It was 2:1 interview style They asked questions about previous sales expirence and relationship building. They were very clear on the role, and were open to any questions. I personally asked a lot and they were chill but respectable people
