I was recruited off Linkedln. At first, I didn't think it was real, lol. Once I decided to contact the recruiter back, we scheduled a call. After the first call, I was actually super hyped up. During my 1st call, I was told that there would be a second call with another recruiter. I had my second call which was more detailed questions regarding my experience level on certain payroll accounts. Overall still a good experience. My third and last interview process was a video interview with 2 managers. They took turns asking me questions. The recruiter sent me info to prepare me for the scenarios and he also gave me an outline to make sure I was ready. The interview was about 30-45 minutes. They were very polite and I felt prepared. They kept a good poker face, lol. I left thinking they did not like or dislike me, lol. I was not exactly sure, but I felt confident. That was my last interview and I was offered a job the next day by the recruiter.
