Initially I spoke to a recruiter- who was amazing- and we discussed background, experience and the paylocity story. I was then scheduled for a phone interview with a director and then took an assessment, followed by an in person interview with a director and after a very detailed background check, was ultimate offered the job. It took about a month from start to finish.

Standard: Phone screening, leader, and then director. All in all the process was very quick. I think it is a very respectable company and could see why it is very popular.
