First round interview with HR went fine, described my experience, asked questions, all good. Was notified that later I would need to ask few questions from Hiring Manager via email and in 24hrs I would get a response if we continue the process or not. Even I wrote responses for 7 questions, 2 formal and 5 technical, I didn’t get any response for more than 8 working days. HR is not responding at my email with question if we’re moving forward or not. If you’re such high-qualified, big company, as you describe yourself during HR interview, please find time to respond to the candidates and let them know, instead of just ignoring.
