Inquired in person, and then got called the next day. Go figure. I had two interviews. First interview was nice. The manager went easy on me since she saw how dead nervous I looked. She stick to questions that are on a paper, and most questions they asked are here. We had a little role playing of me making a sale. Passed it, and then the second interview, I was a bit more confident and met with another higher up. She asked me the same questions, and I was sure I was able to get the job. There's no role playing in the second interview and it's much more serious. Like dead serious. Don't slack off, be confident, you want this job you better make sure you actually want it or they won't call you back. My manager told me they don't call their applicants if they don't seem to fit, but if you really want the job, you'll get it if you are persistent. Most people want to fit in, don't feel left out.

Fairly typical interview process, they call and set up an available time with you. They do not do group interviews. They ask fairly typical questions pertaining to retail, no questions stand out.

Applied online, called within 2-3 days to follow up. I did receive a call back to schedule an interview with the store manager, after that I had to schedule and interview with the District manager (Store manager called me back after the interview to schedule it) fairly long process for such a basic position. Store manager asked me retail related questions such as "tell me about a difficult customer" "sale me this shoe and a accessory". Interview with the District Manager was more of a conversation, we talked about store goal such as sales and what my job really is as a sales associate.

Entretien
The interview was very to the point, your typical interview for a retail position. Asking about experience, whether youre good at sales, good with people. The manager seemed really nice, was very outgoing and friendly.
