The whole process has taken almost a month. I first applied online, then went in the store to speak with a manager. She had to look on the computer just to see if I qualified for an interview, and I did, so we set one up for later on in the week. The interview was probably one of the most difficult and formal that I've experienced, she had unique questions printed out and asked each one. She was easy to talk with though so it wasn't too bad overall. Then, we went into the store and she had me pretend to sell her a pair of shoes. This was honestly pretty easy just remember to ask questions like what size they wear and what colors they prefer. After this interview I had to wait to set up one with another manager at a nearby store. This guy asked the same exact questions so it was really simple. Another week later I finally got a call back from the first manager saying I had been hired!
I passed and started quickly. The process was simple and not intimidating. Everything felt straightforward, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an easy experience. I enjoy working here.

Easy basic questions like job history, availability, and why you chose to interview.
Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.

It was a verbal in-person interview with manager. Described desired position, why, and goals. Asked a lot of questions as well. It was a very quick and straightforward process after the interview.
