-during the initial interview they will ask you to go on the floor of the store and do a sales pitch of a shoe

Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.

It was a verbal in-person interview with manager. Described desired position, why, and goals. Asked a lot of questions as well. It was a very quick and straightforward process after the interview.
