it was a very short interview, explained what kind of work I would be doing and asked me about my availability. I got hired that same day and started my training that same day.

In person interview with the store manager. Super easy. Few questions about your skills and then the manager will test you with a simulation exercice. The manager will give you a shoe and you'll have to sell it to her.
Friendly interviewer who was very kind and courteous about the process and next steps to get hired. I ended up accepting another job and did not proceed with a second interview.

Entretien
The interview was easy and I got the job. I shared my prior sales experience, my availability. I was offered part time work because I was in college. I quickly was able to gain additional hours working across multiple locations in other cities within short driving distance.
