This consisted of two 1:1 interviews. The first one was kind of long but had typical questions. Also there is a role play situation. It's easy, just think about all the times you've gone into payless and all the helpful things they say to you when you walk in the door. The second interview had much easier questions and no role play situation. I had to move away to college in a month though so they did not offer me a job.
