I went through several rounds starting with a phone screen. Then there was a meeting with a manager and then a meeting with the manager and director. During the second interview I had to present a case study. After that I didn't get the role and I was ghosted despite asking for feedback.

I had the initial interview with the recruiter and was told I would be set up for an interview with the hiring manager and then there would be a take home project. Gotta love doing work for free with no guarantee of a position. I then received emails from an additional two recruiters for the second interview which was confusing. I had the interview with the hiring manager and it went well. I was told the recruiter would be in touch for the next step project. Almost a week went by and no one reached out so I sent an email and got a response that the recruiter was out of office. I then emailed the other recruiter and no response and then both recruiters together and then received a response I was being passed to another recruiter - apparently the original one. I then emailed that recruiter and he did not respond so emailed again and then he responded he had left me a message (he did not) and he had been out of office at a work event and was catching up and to please "reach out to me if you are interested in any other positions here." What? I was interested in the job I applied for. When you are looking for a job and the recruiter does not do their job- pretty upsetting. No personal responsibility and the casual attitude of "let me know if you are interested in other jobs here" really?? If I was, I have already seen how this person does their job and what a "cluster" their process is. No thanks
