One phone interview (with VP) and then an in-person interviews (with Director and COO) and I actually enjoyed meeting everyone and speaking with everyone. They seem to be in a great place in a very competitive but exciting space.
My disappointment with them was that they never closed the loop with me (I.e. no response whatsoever) after 6 weeks and multiple attempts to reach the hiring crew and recruiter.
As far as I know the position is still open.

Just an awful interview process. They start you at the lowest level and you have like 5 interviews before you get to the head guy who then does not like you. So, you waste all this time. Why not interview backward, Paycor?

HR had a quick phone screen. They did not fully understand what the job requirements were nor could they describe what they are looking for. HR immediately setup time for a physical interview (by passing the hiring manager) as the hiring manager was going to be in town next week.
HR makes you go through a online test that takes about 1 hour.
Physical interview was 3 separate 30 mixture interviews with 1-2 people (architects and developer, design director and Hiring manger/Product director and a product manager). Over all interview was professional and usual questions.
