I applied on the website, had a phone screen, 1 zoom interview (panel interview), quick activity and in person interview. I was able to hear back from the recruiter/hiring manager within 24-48 hours after each interview. Recruiters/hiring managers were friendly, engaging, transparent, accommodating and patiently answered all the questions I had. Painless (took only a couple of minutes to fill) but very thorough background check.

My recent interview process with Paycom was very seamless. Each person I interacted with throughout the process was very pleasant to speak with and ensured I was provided with necessary information to move forward and/or ask questions. The recruiter, Kevin, I interacted with throughout the process was very thorough and easily accessible every step of the way.
