The phone screen itself was easy and informative. It was a 45 minute video call, and I learned about the position and more about Paycom's mission. I was told I would be moving on to the next round for interviewing and advised I would receive a call the next day to schedule with the hiring manager. I did receive a call when expected, however the recruiter told me an offer was extended to another candidate, and no further interviews would be conducted. While I appreciate the phone call for the update, I was disappointed to have been told that I am no longer in consideration after being advised I am going through to the next round with the hiring manager.

Emailed and met for a 30 minute zoom with someone that was currently in the position. I honestly didn’t know too much about the company or product beforehand. This role is basically a sales implementation role.
