The overall hiring process was super easy, quick, and stress free! A recruiter contacted me via email initially, then we had a short phone interview which lead to getting invited to an in-person interview with two senior staff members within the tax department. The interview process was laid back and stress free. Some questions they asked during the interview included: soft and hard skills, detailed explanation of my previous role, behavioral questions (handling stressful situations, greatest strength and weakness, etc), why I left my last job. Shortly after, I have received a conditional job offer. The hiring process after receiving the offer included background and credit check, drug test, reference check. After that part was done, I've received a welcome packet with the contract and a couple of additional forms to sign.

The interview process was very smooth and quick. I appreciated how flexible they were when I ended up needing to do my interview over Zoom due to weather. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and kind. They made me feel welcome throughout the entire process.
