We do our very best to work with every candidates schedule, especially those that are working full-time, and the schedules of our local and regional managers. Our goal is to get candidates through the process as quickly as possible but not shorting anyone a step. Every step of our interview process is designed to evaluate different characteristics and skill sets while also allowing candidates to get multiple views and interactions with the team and management staff. An eight week time-frame is definitely outside our normal so we certainly apologize for any inconvenience and wish you the very best in your job search.
