It was your typical AE interview process and the environment seemed to be a little bit of a cutthroat culture and in-office/suit attire selling HCM software but good pay and driven leaders.

Entretien
The interview process was very cumbersome. They are upfront with you about this from the start so it was not a surprise. However, in the very final step they want you to come in and make cold calls. I found this odd but in reality it is a great way for them to see if you can do the job.

The basic interview questions are expected. Strenths/weaknesses. But they mostly ask about your resume and previous work history. What sales quotas were met and stuff like that.
