Phone interview - the recruiter's objective is to screen applicants and move to the next step in the process. The interviewer explained the position as a cold-calling position. She started the interview with' here's the deal,' good and evil and ugly news of this position', then quickly moved to my interest in entry-level work, and whether I was interested. I also had a phone interview where the interviewer asked basic questions to screen applicants for the next step in the hiring process. She explained that the position involves cold calling, which requires generating a significant number of leads to be successful in the company.

Question 1
All the questions concerned my ability to be engaged in a call center or have done similar work.
Multiple rounds. Needed to talk with recruiter, then sales manager then regional. Straightforward process, asked a lot about background, even back to high school. Then offer came after speaking with the regional manager.
