Process included 9-10 steps. The interviewer continued to mention that they have never hired from outside the industry, yet were inviting me to move forward. The processes included 1:1 interviews, shadowing, presentations, a panel and then a final round. Overall it would require an extensive amount of time committed (~20+hours) for a role that was not paying the industry standard.

It was an okay process but I am not sure what else to write here - it was not anything special. Just a normal interview with normal questions. Overall an okay experience

One Screening with recruiter and three interviews total. Two phone calls, one video and one in person. Drove one hour each way for in person. Never heard back from recruiter or hiring manager after final interview.
