Intro phone call went well and standard questions. The process was seamless and done efficiently. There could have been more time to allow for questions as the call was only 30 min.
Process took 3+ months, trying to coordinate schedules with weeks of silence. Eventually met the CEO, who made some subtle "comments" about the hiring manager. Another few weeks go by, found out the hiring manager was let go, the position I was interviewing for went away, and they are aligning the teams with the business lines (creating silos on purpose). Would guess this is why the CEO ratings are not great and can imagine what C-Level decisioning and strategic vision looks like with this company (not transparent, not motivating/engaging, a "take it or leave it" mentality). Frustrating process overall...
