I completed all the interview rounds — technical, managerial, and HR — successfully. Receiving feedback that my “skillset does not meet the expectations” after clearing every round is a bit unexpected.Since I had cleared all the technical, managerial, and HR rounds, the final feedback stating that my “current skillset does not meet expectations” was unexpected. and HR did not respond to calls and they did not release offer letter
