I had a lot of fun with PayPal's interview process. I received an email about the position after applying online months ago. I set up a 1:1 personality interview over the phone with the hiring manager, then after passing the phone interview, I interviewed onsite with two different engineers. After the onsite interviews, I was treated to lunch with my manager. During lunch I was able to learn more about PayPal's culture and the direction they're headed after the split from PayPal. Very fast response time - I heard back within 24 hours of interviewing! They made it clear they were willing to be competitive with my other offers - and they were!
