Just 2 rounds of the process spanned an entire month. The energy they initially met me with didn't match their true intentions. A recruiter reached out to me, eagerly wanting to chat. I had just got back from vacation and replied to his email after they had pinged me twice, three times already.
Recruiter call was standard, asked a couple of questions about my PM experience before quickly moving me forward to meet HM. The scheduling for this second call was handled by a different recruiter which I thought was odd. I showed up to the call and was met with a HM that seemed off and transactional. My natural attempts at bonding through normal friendly behavior and a smile were met with a frown. They spoke "friendly" words and talked about their relationship with direct reports as though they were describing a different more open and bubbly version of themself. Overall, it felt like their energy and body language that day was the total opposite of what they were describing themself as. I gave them benefit of the doubt since it seemed like they weren't feeling well, potentially under the weather or was going through something personal.
Sent thank you notes to both recruiter and hiring manager (with no replies, but I don't expect that). When I reached out to the original recruiter to ask about next steps, I got no response for almost two weeks. When they finally got back, they said there would only be feedback to give soon "by EOW." I never heard anything. For such a large company, I expected better communication from their hiring team.

I had 2 rounds interviews, one with the direct manager, the other one with skip manager. Both were very nice and friendly. The questions were very standardized product management questions.

The interview process started with me sending 2 documents of products launch and projects that I’ve worked before with no context, after that the schedule a meeting with the hiring manager who was not paying attention during the interview. So it seemed odd
