The interview process started with the recruiter and then there were
5 additional interviews for a total of 6 conversations. Those that I interviewed with included recruiter, hiring manager, legal, and 2 VPs that I would be supporting within the organization.

Entretien
I completed three rounds of interviews and met with five different team members. Each conversation flowed naturally, with several interviews even running over the allotted time. The discussions ranged from technical questions about my experience with various systems and my ability to learn new tools, to more culture-focused topics. Every interaction was positive, and the overall process felt exceptionally transparent. The recruiter kept me well informed about next steps and was open about the total compensation package, which is something I hadn’t experienced before. I thoroughly enjoyed interviewing and came away with a very strong impression of the organization

Entretien
The process started with a 45-minute phone interview. The next step involved 3 more phone interviews all lasting about 45 minutes to an hour. The next step was an in-person interview with the leadership this position would be supporting. After multiple interviews I never heard from anyone again - no email, no phone call, no system-generated decline letter. Everyone I spoke and met with was friendly. The culture appeared fast-paced with high expectations.
