I interviewed for the checkout team. I received a karat interview invite - 2 easy-mediums. Had to use Javascript. I finished both in 30 mins, had 20 mins to spare. Recruiter phone screen - talked about my career and interest in paypal. Loop - Round 1: Easy medium question similar to the karat interview. Again had to use javascript. Round 2: System design, design reviews service in amazon, assume all other systems are in place Round 3: very easy coding problem but focus was more on communication skills and ability to work in a team. Round 4: Behavioural questions about situations in workplace. Recruiter told me interviewers were really impressed but my experience is a bit low so asked me to apply to other openings.
