Interview difficulty is medium, but the experience is worst as HR communicated me with Backend Role and in the first 2 interviewers also confirmed that it is for BackendRole. But they have scheduled the front-end interview as Round3 without any information on what this interview is about, in fact, they mentioned that this is problem-solving. Please be fair in communicating things and don't waste other's time.

The recruitment and HR Team were the worst I have ever seen. I cleared all the rounds, submitted all the documents but the HR person never sent an offer letter (even with less compensation). I think it is the height of unprofessionalism, wasting the time of the candidate for 2.5 months. I was given positive feedback throughout the process, but never got an offer and was given a lame excuse that the position has gone on-hold. Detailed Story Below: There were a total of 7 rounds - 4 technical and 3 cultural (over the course of 3 weeks) and I cleared all the rounds. All good up to this day. Day 1: The HR team got back to me to share my documents about the current compensation details. Day 5: The HR person then calls back after 4 days, saying he missed the email and again asks for the current compensation details and agrees to revert back ina week. Day 12: The HR person comes back after a week, telling me that they cannot even match the current compensation. I ask them to get back with the best possible compensation that the company could offer. Day 20: The HR person calls and tells me that he checked internally and it does not look possible to match the current compensation. I tell him that this is what you already told me on Day 12 and I just want the best possible offer. Day 30: It is the same story as on Day 20. I am not kidding and this happened for the 3rd time again. He tells me that they cannot match the compensation and does not even get back with the best possible offer. Day 45: The HR person tells me that the position that I was interviewing for has gone on-hold and he would see if some other team has a vacancy, then he would check with the hiring manager in that team. (Common Sense: If you take 2.5 months to just complete the process, obviously the position will go on hold). But then, this HR person lacks that common sense. Day 47: The HR person comes back to tell me that another hiring manager wants to interview you and there will be 3 more rounds. By this time, my patience has run out and I have given up hope on this HR person as well as Paypal for employing such pathetic people. Bottom Line: In my life, I have decided to blacklist Paypal and I am never going to interview with them again.
