The interview process was pretty standard. Around 3 rounds of interview where each interview had a mix of behavioral and skill based questions. Know your CV well and read up on Paypal product (atleast the product line you are interviewing for). The interview process was smooth. But once the offer was extended everything went downhill, recruiters are really unprofessional - dodging queries, making lame excuses, haggling on pay package and so much more. Recruiters need to do their necessary budgetary screening before putting a candidate through the process!
