Contacted by an external recruitment agency. I had a phone screen with the recruiter from the agency, then I had a Skype interview with the manager and his team member. I have not received any feedback from the company.

They don’t want you to share your honest feelings to pass the interview. If you share too much they’ll decline you. Which is unfortunate they miss out on individuals who could be a great asset. Because they answered questions truthfully.
