First they take a written examination which tests programming and analytical skills. Then, there are 3-4 rounds of interviews. Not much technical. In one, they discuss the written exam and few easy problems, second would discuss your profile or past projects, third would be on some programming stuff, fourth would be mostly on hr and your questions but may include some programming too.
