30 minute phone interview. No next steps since they already had already made offers to all the candidates they wanted. Not sure why they had me go thru the phone interview.

Entretien
The interview process was a 3 stage process, meeting people from all levels of seniority, including another SM, an Agile Coach, a Product Owner and the Head of Department. This was fairly straight forward covering topics ranging from standard scrum principles, to how you would manage team-based scenarios (such as conflicts). More than that, it was about getting to know you as a person and if you have the right culture fit to coach and mentor teams to self organisation and agile maturity.
